Lower Prices for Mystic Tan Sessions and Two New Sunless Memberships
Now Available!
We've been busy making changes to the way
we sell sunless sessions to the Mystic Tan sunless booth.
First, we've lowered the price an average
of 20% on Level 2 and up sunless sessions. If you've been
wanting to try out the Mystic Tan sunless booth, there's no
better time than now.
Second, we have implemented 2 new sunless
memberships for those of you who prefer sunless tanning over
UV tanning. Following are the details on the memberships:
- 1-Month/No Co-Pay Sunless Membership: Includes
5 sunless sessions per month for $49.95 plus 15% OFF all Mystic
Tan products. Some restrictions apply, see store for details.
- Sunless Sun Club: The Sunless Sun Club is
a perpetual membership where money is withdrawn from your
bank account or credit/debit card monthly until you cancel
your membership. This membership costs $39.95 per month and
allows you 5 sessions per month plus 25% OFF all Mystic Tan
products. Some restrictions apply, see store for details.
The new memberships are available at any Tropi
Tan Tanning Salon that features the Mystic Tan or VersaSpa

WHAT IS MYSTIC TAN SUNLESS TANNING?
The Mystic Tan booth utilizes a spray on process
designed to deliver a sunless tanning application.
Inside the Mystic Tan room the tanner simply
disrobes and enters the booth. With the push of a button the
session begins with a fine mist of Aloe Vera enriched sunless-tanning
solution being sprayed through the patented MagneTan nozzles.
The MagneTan technology ensures uniform coverage
over the entire body, which the proprietary sunless tanning
solution instantly transforms into a quick natural looking
tan that continues to darken throughout the day.
A perfectly uniform, natural looking tan in
seconds.
HOW DOES MYSTIC TAN WORK?
The Mystic Tan tanning solution has 3 components:
Bronzer, DHA and Aloe Vera.
The bronzer is a water-soluble cosmetic dye
designed to produce an instant tan. The bronzer tan remains
on the skin until it is washed off in a shower or bath. The
brown bronzer color can be seen in the bath water but will
not stain because it is completely water-soluble.
The DHA (dihydroxyacetone) is the component
that creates the longer term tanning effect. When applied
to the skin, DHA reacts with proteins and amino acids in the
skin's superficial layer to form a golden brown color. It
will begin to darken 2 to 3 hours after application but it
reaches its peak color within 24 hours. The DHA color and
intensity will be very close to that produced initially by
the bronzer. The DHA tan will begin to fade within four to
five days. To maintain an optimal tan an individual should
tan every four to five days.
The Aloe Vera helps to carry the DHA deeper
into the skin and promotes softer, smoother skin. The Mystic
Tan tanning solution contains more than 65% stabilized Aloe
Vera liquid. Aloe Vera is a natural moisturizer that helps
the skin draw moisture into the surface. It softens the skin
and helps smooth wrinkles.

Sunless Tanners: If you are already using
sunless tanning creams, you can avoid the mess and time consuming
task of applying these creams by hand. One short tanning session
every 4 or 5 days will provide an even tan with no dark spots
or orange glow. Great tan with no hassle!
Non-Tanners: If you would like to be tan,
but due to concerns about UV exposure you don't. Now you can
with Mystic Tan.
Current Tanners: If you are currently tanning,
then you know there is no substitute for the real thing. When
you need an instant tan or just a boost, Mystic Tan is the
answer!
Event Tanners: Mystic Tan is a great last-minute
tan for those spur-of-the-moment events, such as weddings,
reunions or other special occasions. It's the perfect alternative,
both quick and easy.

of Egg Hunters Show Up For Remote!
Hundreds of egg hunters showed up at the Davison
Tropi Tan this past Saturday to receive the bonus clue leading
to the location of the hidden egg somewhere in Genesee County.

12/09/09: The
New Cascade Salon Is Now Open!
The new Tropi Tan
salon located in Cascade is now open for business. The new salon
opened its doors for business on November 20th and features 28 tanning
units including the Versa Spa Sunless booth and the iBed all within
a 3,416 square foot sparkling clean facility.
The new salon will
be having its Grand Opening weekend on December 12th and 13th offering
awesome grand opening specials, PLUS. The first 50 customers thru
the doors on each of those days will receive a FREE $10 gift card for use on anything in the store. Get there early
before they're gone! The Cascade salon will also be featuring a
Versa Spa Day on December 19th all day long. Stop in that day and

8 PM to 9 PM at any Tropi Tan Tanning Salon.
Happy Hour is first come, first served and you must

Tropi Tan started its equipment upgrade today at
the Davison and Grand Blanc salons. Level 1 sunbeds were switched
out for the brand new Ambition 200 sunbeds from Ergoline. The new

Jesse Metcalfe Makes Surprise
Appearance at Tropi Tan!
Jesse Metcalfe,
more popularly known as Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald on the NBC
soap opera Passions and as John Rowland on the ABC tv drama
Desperate Housewives stopped into the new Tropi Tan in Brighton
on February 17th to get his tan on. He took a few moments
to pose for pictures with Chuck Thompson, owner of the Brighton
salon, and some of the customers at Tropi Tan.
