Please use this form to request cancelling your Sun Club membership. Please remember, if you cancel your Sun Club membership, there is a re-initiation fee if you decide to rejoin.

Also keep in mind that you have the option to "freeze" your membership at any time at $5 per month. Please call or see any salon for complete details.

If you need to change your checking/savings/credit card account number, please note that you can change your account number at any Tropi Tan salon and you must update it by the 10th of that month to avoid non-payment fees.

Per your Sun Club contract:

If you are canceling after the 1st of any given month, you will be charged one last time on the 15th of that month. Your Sun Club membership will expire on the 14th of the following month. Also, if you are canceling before your contract commitment is up, you will be charged an early termination fee per your Sun Club contract.
