The Sales Associate must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meet product and service selling goals, provide product knowledge to our customers and work as part of a team to meet individual and store objectives.
This role provides the opportunity to focus on creating world class customer experience and includes assisting in the day to day operations to achieve targeted productivity, sales and profitability. Ensure excellent customer service through recommendation of products and services to salon guests. Sales Associates must have good communication skills and be results driven. The Sales Associate should have previous sales experience as well as POS and general computer experience. Compensation includes an hourly rate based on experience plus commission on product sales with no limit on earning potential.
A Tropi Tan Salon Manager has a variety of responsibilities, and must have prior management experience. Duties include customer service, staff hiring, training and scheduling, and inventory control. Computer knowledge is very helpful. Compensation package includes salary, 401K Plan, Bonus Plan and Health Insurance.
